Lebro Cloud legal

Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Lebro Cloud processes when you use our agent infrastructure and how we handle it.

Last updated: October 5, 2026

Information we collect

We collect the account details you provide, such as your name, email address, organization, and authentication information. We also collect billing details when applicable.

When you use the service, we process workspace configuration, agent instructions, connected-service settings, run inputs and outputs, and operational logs. We may also collect limited technical information, such as IP address, browser type, and service usage data.

How we use information

We use information to provide, secure, maintain, and improve Lebro Cloud; to run the agents and workflows you configure; to communicate with you; and to comply with legal obligations. Google Workspace data is subject to the more specific limits described below.

We do not sell personal information. We only access data from a connected service to provide the capabilities you authorize.

Google Workspace data and permitted use

When you connect Google Workspace, you authorize Lebro Cloud to access Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Slides through our first-party Workspace service. Depending on the permissions you grant and the task you configure, we access file names, identifiers, metadata, and the contents of documents, spreadsheets, and presentations. This integration is read-only: it does not create, modify, or delete your Google files.

We use Google Workspace data only to provide or improve the features you use in Lebro Cloud, such as finding files, summarizing documents, answering questions, and running the agents and workflows you authorize. These limits also apply to summaries and other data derived from your Google Workspace content.

We do not use data obtained through Google Workspace APIs to develop, improve, or train non-personalized artificial intelligence or machine-learning models. We do not sell Google Workspace data or use it for advertising, retargeting, creditworthiness, or lending purposes.

Lebro Cloud's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Google Workspace processing and sharing

Our first-party Workspace service retrieves the Google content needed for your authorized task. You choose a supported AI model provider and connect it using your own API key or other supported credentials. Relevant Google Workspace content and tool results may be sent to your selected provider through that connection solely for inference: generating the responses you request. Infrastructure providers process this data on our behalf to host and operate these features. We transfer Google Workspace data to these providers only as needed to deliver the features you authorize, with your consent.

Google Workspace data must not be used by AI providers to train general-purpose models. Your selected provider must have terms and settings compatible with this restriction before you use it with Google Workspace content. You must not opt in to sharing Google Workspace content for model training.

We do not share your Google Workspace data with other customers. Human access is limited to the exceptions permitted by Google's Limited Use requirements, such as your affirmative agreement to access specific data, necessary security investigations, or legal obligations.

How other information is shared

We share information with service providers that help us operate Lebro Cloud, such as infrastructure, authentication, and payment providers. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect the service, our users, or others. We do not share your workspace data with other customers.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, but no service can guarantee absolute security.

Google Workspace storage, retention, and deletion

We store authorization credentials to keep your connection working, including for scheduled tasks. Connection credentials are encrypted at rest, and access to connections is private to your member account. Retrieved content and derived outputs may be retained in conversation history, run records, agent memory, and operational records as needed to provide your configured features. We retain this data only as long as needed for those purposes or as required by applicable law.

Disconnecting the integration clears the connection credentials stored in Lebro Cloud. It does not automatically revoke the Google authorization at Google or delete previously stored content and outputs. You can revoke Google's authorization through your Google Account connections.

To request deletion of stored Google Workspace data, derived outputs, and associated authorization credentials, email email@bywachira.com. We will verify your authority over the affected account or workspace before processing the request. If applicable law requires us to retain particular records, we will explain the exception in our response.

Your choices

You can update account information through the service, disconnect integrations you no longer want to use, and request access, correction, or deletion of personal information where applicable law provides those rights.
